After two years of intimate acoustic performances, the Berlin-based trio is returning to the stage with a collection of songs written specifically for live shows. The new album and the tour mark yet another new beginning for Mighty Oaks — a reminder that the stage is where friendship, passion and connection come together. Music is meant to be felt, not just heard.

Mighty Oaks is an indie-folk rock trio formed by American Ian Hooper, Englishman Craig Saunders, and Italian Claudio Donzelli. As gifted solo musicians, they met in Berlin, a city they chose for its creative atmosphere. In 2010, they founded Mighty Oaks — the result of their shared love of music and common values. They are known for their melodic songs that blend elements of folk, pop, and rock. It’s undeniable that their voices and instruments harmonize beautifully together. The band is reunited once again, bringing back the big, dynamic sound that has made their live shows exceptional for nearly 15 years.

The 2026 tour will offer everything fans love about the band: the closeness and honesty of the acoustic years combined with the energy that has captivated audiences at festivals such as Rock am Ring, Montreux Jazz Festival, Lollapalooza, and Exit Festival. The setlist will span more than a decade of musical history, from early classics like “Brother” and “Just One Day” to new, yet-unreleased tracks from the upcoming album — songs that take on an entirely new dimension when performed live.

They released their first EP Just One Day in the summer of 2012, followed by their debut album Howl in 2014. Mighty Oaks soon gained attention not only in Germany but across Europe. Successful albums followed: Dreamers (2017), All Things Go (2020), Mexico (2021) and High Times (2024). Each one is filled with emotional songs, rich harmonies, and lyrics that linger long after the music ends.

The warm yet deeply emotional atmosphere of Mighty Oaks’ live shows leaves audiences charged with positive energy. And it is this energy that will fuel their return to the big stages in 2026.
