Irish singer, songwriter and producer Róisín Murphy is a well-known disco queen. Her vocals are unforgettable. The sixth solo studio album "Hit Parade" was released in September 2023 via Ninja Tune and was produced by DJ Koze. Róisín's new album 'HIT Parade' has received great reviews, with listeners particularly praising its vibe, lyrics, singer's voice and great sound.
Róisín presents herself in an eccentric way, always shining on stage and performing in masks and imaginative costumes. As she says,“I think I’d be heartbroken if I could never get up on stage again and sing.”
Róisín embarked on a solo career in 2005 after an eight-year collaboration with Mark Brydon, with whom they formed the iconic electro duo Moloko. They released a total of four studio albums together with hits like “The Time Is Now” or “Sing It Back”.
With longtime collaborator and friend DJ Parrot, she released the single “Incapable” in 2019 and the single “Murphy’s Law” in March 2020. Róisín’s fifth album “RÓISÍN MACHINE”, released in 2020, was the culmination of their collaboration.
Róisín Murphy’s concert promises an energetic show with her original style of pop. Due to big demand, the show was moved from the originally announced venue Archa Theater to Forum Karlín. The tickets remain valid.
