The Vinohrady Theatre is an ensemble repertory drama theatre and the representative stage of the capital city of Prague. The Art Nouveau building of the theatre was built in 1905-1907 at the care and expense of the citizens of the town of Královské Vinohrady.

The Vinohrady Theatre is the largest specialist drama house in the Czech Republic. Great drama, based on the interpretation of valuable dramatic texts with a significant overlap and a strong story and on the art of acting, is the artistic programme of the theatre today.
